Jaw Crusher
JAW CRUSHER SINGLE TOGGLE
Two series of Jaw Crushers are available. Single toggle and Double toggle type.
Single toggle Jaw Crushers have bearings with grease lubrication have simple construction, easy to maintain and economical.
Single toggle Jaw Crusher give higher percentage of fines, hence usually used as Pre Crusher.
Double toggle Jaw Crushers has forced oil lubrication with the help of oil pump and nozzles.
Hammer Mill
A robustly constructed machine for crushing almost all types of free flowing materials
The most suitable and convenient range to pulverize the maerial between 100 mesh (150 micron) to 10mm.
Usually used without cyclone and dust collector for bigger output particle size. For fine material, a cyclone with dust collector is used.
Impact Pulverizer

A heavy duty machine to pulverize Medium hard rocks, Minerals and Chemicals.
High fineness is possible from 100 mesh to 350 mesh (150 to 40 microns) and in some cases up to 500 mesh.
Since a Screen less classifier is used, the possibility of chocking or jamming is ruled out.
In built fan, cyclone and dust collector ensure dust free operation.

Roll Crusher

Separate drive for each roll is given so that rolls break the particles with minimum friction.

Pre Crusher
Very much suitable to break the lumps into small pieces and when the material is brittle or soft.
A versatile and economical machine when size reduction ratio is high but the required production is low.
Most suitable range for the lumps which are to be broken is between 5 to 30mm.
Different material of construction is available like high manganese steel, stainless steel etc., to suit the material physical properties.
